  1. im pretty sure this has been discussed to death but 1.) we need more construction trades people 2.) we need to c ut all red tape local, county state etc no more zoning restrictions 3.) the government needs to subsidize the builders 4.) no more nimbyism 5.) people can not always fallback on must maintain home prices 6.) people must look beyond single family homes. apartment, condos, high rises etc. 7.) get out institution buyers 8.) also homoe prices need to drop down to more realistic relation to median salaries.
