folks just save your money. at the end of the day you have to look out for you. no one else will. your money represents your labor and time you have traded for that money. any money lost is so painful because it's time you can never get back. any time anyone tries to sell a service just skip it. if you do really want to buy a service or good dont buy it right away. whats the rush. sit on it for a few days. impulse buy is a real thing. that's what they want you to do.

the potus keeps talking about wanting factories to come back here well if we look at conditions that made the us the industrial giant it was from 1860-1945 the question is are those conditinos still present in todays america that would allow the us to be this manufacturing giant ? also these trade deals that the potus keeps talking about were bad and stuff when people forget that you make money from the front end or back end and long story short the us government never makes a bad deal where it doesn't make any money so this means that the us government makes money on the back end and potus should probably look into that

Folks you guys may give china a hard time about selling us cheap stuff..but keep in mind china has been heralded as the country that kept inflation in the us low in the 1990s all the way up to the 2010s.... because they have been selling us cheap stuff.

that house you're looking to buy ... better not be more than 3x your annual salary if you don't want to end up house poor. so if the median average is $400,000 for a house you better make at least $150,000.00 a year because that was based on your gross income not your net. and then if you're in high crazy markets like NY or california where that house could almost run you $1 million dollars... you better make at least $350,000 a year. if you want to own that $3 million dollar mansion you better make at least $ 1 million a year.
