  1. folks just save your money. at the end of the day you have to look out for you. no one else will. your money represents your labor and time you have traded for that money. any money lost is so painful because it's time you can never get back. any time anyone tries to sell a service just skip it. if you do really want to buy a service or good dont buy it right away. whats the rush. sit on it for a few days. impulse buy is a real thing. that's what they want you to do.

  2. Folks you guys may give china a hard time about selling us cheap stuff..but keep in mind china has been heralded as the country that kept inflation in the us low in the 1990s all the way up to the 2010s.... because they have been selling us cheap stuff.

  3. that house you're looking to buy ... better not be more than 3x your annual salary if you don't want to end up house poor. so if the median average is $400,000 for a house you better make at least $150,000.00 a year because that was based on your gross income not your net. and then if you're in high crazy markets like NY or california where that house could almost run you $1 million dollars... you better make at least $350,000 a year. if you want to own that $3 million dollar mansion you better make at least $ 1 million a year.
