also if we've seen enough movies talking about immortals is they all grow bored with living. imagine living for centuries if not millenniums seeing the same stuff go out of style go back in style out of style and back. accumulating so much knowledge and wealth and stuff to the point where you actually don't resonate with humans anymore because again you've been around for so long. also another thing we don't know just how much storageh the human brain can retain. if you've lived too long earlier parts of your life will get deleted and are you even really you any more?
