  2. this is a good question if you do try to intervene what can they charge you with? i heard that for example in democrat run areas (or at least reported) that if you as a bystander or samaritan tried to intervene you get charged.... so i wonder if people don't want to intervene because hey if i do something i'll get hit with a citation or fine or even a misdemeanor... it's very smilar to say china for example where the citizenry has ingrained in them with i don't want any trouble and flee at the sign of any kind of disturbance or conflict. don't want to get involved with law enforcement.
