  8. you can not use yourself as the gold standard. you have to always think of and factor in the weakest link in society a society is thriving when even the weakest link can survive without getting banged up too bad.

  9. prices of real estate is essentially price baked in with 30 year mortgages lionshare of folks can not afford real estate if based on 15 year mortgages along with a large d ownpayment.

  13. why didn't they hold onto it and just rent it out. it seems like selling real estate in this day and age and not using it for rental income is ... foolish by financial peoples opinions.
