  3. actually i think even if you get rid of the current crop of old timers in the government and replace them all with younger people ... the power that these people wield in office is just too tempting for corruption to not happen. i mean you guys know how power corrupts and aboslute power corrupts absolutely. either directly or not directly the people in elected offices are splshed with so much goodies and money from all directions you' would pretty much be a fool to not take the money. so lets sa you don't take hte money.... im gonna bet someone else will.
