  4. i think it was foolish of the usa to offshore so much of its key manufacturing overseas as this would cause your domestic manufacturing skill capacity to be goen...forever.

  6. no one is born with these skills but with government policy industrial policy and foresight they know that once you got manufacturing and good at it do not let it go. it's a skill that is hard to get good at and too easy to lose and to get it back.
