I mean, just go trough his option 1. don't do anything. now he is stuck with an obviously failing relationship and has to live with a person he hates. this will just create a toxic environment, not suited to raising a child. therefore we have: 2. divorce the woman and try to take custody of the child. Oh wait, she will win custody and he would not be able to have custody of her, but he has to pay child support for a child that is not his. hence that leads to option 3. 3. kick them out, separate your ties and remove them from your life. That's the only way to win in this situation.
