I thought 3 but then I felt something was wrong. Trying to rotate A in my mind just didn't line up with 3 rotations. But then I saw the drawing in the paper at 2:43 and the same solution later described in 8:42 Just jumped into my mind. I realised that the distance the circle traveled was not the circumference of circle B, but rather, the circumference of a invisible circle who's radius was that of A and B combined. This would be 2*(r + 3r)pi = 8r*pi. Then aplying the initial method of deviding the circumference of this new circle by that of circle A, gets you 8r*pi/2r*pi = 4. Needless to say, I felt very smart for a bit haha. I hope I someday manage to catch such a problem in the wild, and be the first one to realise what is wrong.
