NO phone: in bed, on toilet, during dinner, during parties. try it. first you will feel bored, but then you will find: more energetic attitude, more time in the day, better social contact. I'm not gonna say im perfect. I know I am more lazy than my parents, but I am not really obsessed with social media. I love playing video games, but I also do sports.
