  2. ​ @geography_man  no I was implying that doors that would encourage being slim, wouldn't be made by feminists, as they are against fat-shaming. But I made a joke that implied I wouldn't be surprised if feminists made a door that would only open for fat people, in order to support "body positivity" and to show that if you're fat, "other doors will open only for you" or some other bullcrap. TL:DR You didn't get the joke

  3. For the last one. Ye we have a lot of games where people die. and yes that includes the ability to murder a lot of innocent people. This is more okay that the depiction of rape because: 1. Acts of violence like these are very rare, meaning not a lot of people actually know someone that has been murdered or lost a loved one in such a way. But a lot of people know someone who has been raped, or knows someone else that has been raped. 2. You cannot bring up the trauma in murder victims. Rape victims probably feel horrible when they realise that their traumatic experience is used by some perferts to get off to. Murder victims are kinda dead. Pretty hard to offend them. 3. A lot of the time, killing innocent people is not the main objective of the game, and often people seem to refrain from even doing so, because we are emotial dipshits that can get attached to roombas, let alone a slightly compelling character. Games where killing innocent people is the objective, are often very crappy edgy schooter games, made by people who think they are funny. Now these games get a ton of backlash for this. Turns out people don't like to kill innocent people. 4. Now the rape porn game's whole objective is to rape.... and that makes the main character a piece of shit. And by extension, people who enjoy the game are also pieces of shit.

  9. Who could have thought that things that are completely pressent in the virtual space, such as art or music, would be the first major things that AI would be able to create.... You know, in hindsight, it makes a ton of sense that AI could make banger songs long before it could interact with humans or real enviroments. But it is still very depressing that somehow, the most human thing of art and music becomes the first to be automated...
