  2. Basically Florida DUi law is written so broadly being intoxicated and in physical control of anything that can be called a vehicle like a bicycle, lawnmower or trailer is a crime anywhere in the state.

  3. The cops always say the did not have enough training. Their not supposed to have firearms inside a correction facility because the prisoners can take them away from them. There not dealing with Bruce Lee or Chuck Norris. Shooting this man is clearly excessive force. They practice going in and grabbing someone that's noncompliant in a cell.
