  1. Because they gave the cops a gun without training they can do whatever they want with it? They have an unarmed man in a cell and cops get to shot him like fish in a barrel?

  2. The cops always say the did not have enough training. Their not supposed to have firearms inside a correction facility because the prisoners can take them away from them. There not dealing with Bruce Lee or Chuck Norris. Shooting this man is clearly excessive force. They practice going in and grabbing someone that's noncompliant in a cell.
