"What part of illegal is unclear?" The part where you violate my 4th Amendment rights, the part where you assume guilt without a trail, and the part where you detain without conviction.

Federal Reserve says 23% of industrial capacity is going unused. So there could be more jobs but the bosses refuse to hire. Plus creating more more welfare moms and kids will only further strain the safety net and add to welfare costs. Building a wall will not provide any economic benefit just like all these so called wars on terror are a net loss. ICE is a police agency like the rest of the police they are an enemy of labor.

"Our markets' Well maybe you own or control a market but I don't. Starting at the beginning of WW2 a 'labor shortage' required more workers so Mexicans were recruited to come here and not just from the border towns but the actual Mexican interior. In one form or another this continued right up to the 1960's as the Braceros program. The program ended when Congress and the President couldn't agree and many farmers feared that without Mexican's their crops would rot on the ground. Well the Mexicans came anyway and so developed the policy of your not suppose to be here but we are glad you came.

Anyone who thinks the same people who closed plants for cheaper labor elsewhere are now going to bring back jobs and prosperity are either sadly deluded or out right liars. The price of Chinese labor is rising because of strikes and protests. They and not some politician or capitalist are our real allies along with other workers regardless of nationality or immigration status. Trump wants to build a wall and Nancy Pelosi wants a 'smart' electronic wall. That has nothing to do with jobs. It is just a process of building a state more responsive to the needs of the capitalists with their show us ID where ever you go. The Trump administration is already adding more temporary visas to replace those not coming across 'illegally'.
