  1. At the end of the day what did the trial prove? Recklessly handling of a firearm. Normally a misdemeanor charge. Yet they are talking about wanting more than 15 years. Rest assured this will come back to haunt more than one other Black family when someone picks up a firearm and the gun discharges accidentally killing someone. Like the case of García Zárate.
