At the end of WW2 the US cried about losing China the American soldiers were tired of fighting "The Enemy" and demanded to be set home from ever theater of War in the Votes for Boats movement. The US and its UN allies were battled to a standstill in Korea also. In Cuba the US sponsored invasion was defeated in 72 hours. The US theatened the whole world with Nuclear War over the independence of Cuba from its clutches. The US spent 4 trillion dollars on the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan gaining a reputation for destroying small countries.

If anything history shows that the American workers have had to be dragged by the ruling class into every war. The bosses had to start Red Scare's before entering World War One and Two. Massive anti Vietnam war protests took place among the young who were asked to fight and die in Vietnam without even the right to vote. Since Vietnam no war has been fought with draftees. The American Workers will have the chance to overthrow capitalist rule before World War three is declared.

The only solution is for workers to take control of industry out of the hands of the profit makers and run in under a general overall worldwide plan. The end of capitalism is coming because the rate of profit must fall as machines replace skilled labor with unskilled labor. Capital produces nothing otherwise the construction of a perpetual motion machine would be possible. The greed of the bosses drives them to attack the trade unions and launch Imperialist war to defend investors foreign profits.

@Patrick Tremblay AI can easily be ignored. They are realizing what Marx said about the natural tendency of profits to decline as machines replace skilled labor with unskilled labor and machines. This is a process that only makes the unskilled workers more powerful as the cultural level to do work becomes equalavanent and the ruling class becomes only smaller and tries to monopolize all of the intellectual labor under its systems methods of exploitation. This is why they are raising the cry to defend intellectual property because they want to demand ownership of every thought you have. The scientist and the engineer has been reduced to the level of the worker and now they are losing the battle of ideas since it becomes more and more difficult to defend the rule of private property.

Their is every reason to believe the profit bonanza driven by computer controlled automation is coming to an end as the size of silicon devices is limited by the physical laws of the universe. By eliminating the skilled jobs first as machines replace skilled labor with unskilled labor and machines the capitalist have set themselves up for failure. This is anther reason why China is still growing and the US has gone into decline with capitalist methods. The same problems the US has will afflict China as the go down the capitalist road. Just as the British lost their Empire nothing keeps the US from losing to China in another war over who can be more profitable. The British though they could beat Germany and in the end lost out to the US and the Soviet Union. As the US rose so did the colonial slaves who defeated the Western Imperialist around the world.
