  2. Close all those foreign bases. Cut back on the federal standing army to be no bigger than the largest of the state militias. Disarm and scrap all those nuclear subs.

  3.  @addisonwelsh  I could have said, "National Guard" who are under control of the state governors but I used state militias which was the old name and to make it understandable to those who aren't from the United States. "National Guard" and "Federal Troops" sounds the same which it isn't making it confusing for those who don't understand the difference.
