  4. The 14th Amendment was passed after the civil war in 1870. Clause 3 was written to deal with the real situation of the Reconstruction Era. Congress also voted to give President Grant the ability to declare Marshall Law. Thousands of people were arrested. The founder of the first KKK was Confederate General Bedford Forrest a rich slave trader who had mercilessly massacred US Colored Troops at Fort Pillow. Nevertheless the counterrevolutionary violence by former slave owners continued. Congress amnestied 150,000 Confederate in 1872 but Both Parties betrayed Blacks in 1877 when federal troops were pulled out of the South and the murderous violence of Jim Crow began destroying the newly created state governments of Reconstruction. The civil war was a real insurrection and rebellion by slave owners. This is the Democrats a capitalist party losing confidence in its ability tp defeat a popular rival by popular vote. If this ruling is allowed to stand then nothing but sham elections will follow. Judges will rule that any disturbance after a political rally is an insurrection and those who spoke are insurrectionists. Only those with a Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval will be on the ballot. Anyones words at a Rally can and will be used as proof of insurrectionism when any kind of disturbance occurs afterwords. The BIG winners wil be .....THE POLITICALLY CORRECT!!!!
