@dasritzoo9234 Rail Bosses ride in custom rail coaches while talking about the unprofitably of passenger rail.

No to Congressional Strikebreaking. No to using Congreesional Strikebreaking to protect Rail Boss profits.
2
@yamchayaku The origin of the profit is the unpaid labor of the production workers. This is why bosses want the quickest pace, longest hours and the lowest wages.
2
@tampabayfl813 Without labor their are NO profits. Which is why the rail bosses want the government to step in. The source of the profit is the unpaid labor of the production workers.

@jonathantaylor6926 This is class struggle workers vs capitalist bosses and their politicians. Strike is protected by the 1st and 14th amendment.

The white house and Conress need to step out and let the strike occur after years of Rail Road boss abuse and record profits. The right to strike is protected by the 1st and 14 th amendment.

@jonathantaylor6926 We struck Westinghouse in 1976 and went back with a dollar an hour raise. I'm rooting for the Rail Workers not a bunch of Milton Freedman types who want to maximize profits above all else. Capitalist greed was the cause if 2008 and the effects of which have never been fully reversed. Build the unions build workers power.

@jonathantaylor6926 I pushed a lawn mower as a child. Who do you think you talking to? "Why should someone who shows up and uses my equipment make the same as me." Why should they work for you in the first place? I quit jobs at the drop of the hat just to piss people like you off. Any fool can enter the landscaping racket. Fairness? We don't care about being "fair" to bosses like you in fact we think a boss who can't make a profit DESERVES to go out of business. Like Eastern Airlines. .

@jonathantaylor6926 Quit you beefing no one cares about how great a business tycoon you think you are. You were born stark naked and when you die you'll be nothing but dust. Plenty of people don't want to waste their time trying to become the next Bill Gates. After all they hired all the smartest dumbies from MIT and Harvard to implement Milton Freedman's economic ideas at the Big New York Banks and nothing they did could prevent the crisis of 2008. All these fools care about is how many dollars they have in banks. The problem is all the ruling class does is place bets in a casino called Wall St. The do nothing to advance the forces of production which why capitalism just like the feudal system must come to an end. Its private property laws stand in the way when a crisis occurs. Their own accounting prove that. I know someone who actually owns a factory and was a libertarian. As soon as his business had problems he found out how much the bank loves him just like you will find out that no has any friends in business its all a war for profits against each other. Some have to learn the hard way and can't be taught anything. The logic of capitalism means if no one buys anything than nothing gets made. You can't just keep piling up profits and demanding more profits without choking off all economic activity. The profit comes from the unpaid labor of the production workers and the system can't be fixed just by reallocation of wealth. Production needs to be planned and the educational and cultural level of the working class needs to be raised such education and healthcare become rights for all. Instead of throwing people out of work we can send construction workers to the rest of the world.to help them raise the standard of living.

@jonathantaylor6926 Just where can I read that quote from Lenin (his English Language works are available on line). The middle class has always been ground down when capitalism goes into crisis. Before central banking they had private banks that went bust with script that became worthless just before the great depression. And no what went wrong in the soviet Union was the rise of Stalin as a leader of a privileged bureaucracy. Lenin was the first to want him removed and when he died Trotsky tried to have him ousted. Hitler was a creature of German capitalism and his coming to power despite Germany having the largest communist party outside of the Soviet Union was Stalin and the Social Democrats fault and failure to lead the workers to power. Those who will go on strike on the railroad are workers not people to dumb to open landscaping rackets. .

@jonathantaylor6926 Milton Freedman and all the rest of those who subscribe to capitalism call themselves free market advocates despite how monopolized they are. All the Big companies and the banks are intertwined along with the Central Bank. The federal Reserve is controlled by the same people who own wall street. They are classed based on the ownership of private property. The Soviet Union had no private property instead it was based upon central planning by a group who had made itself into a privileged caste not a new class since a class has a specific property relationship to the productive property. Stalin and what was left of the communist party after the murder purges owned nothing. Its privileges were based upon giving itself more and more incentives which pushed it back in the direction of capitalism.

@jonathantaylor6926 The Federal Reserve act of`1913 created the Federal Reserve bank. It was created by the biggest financial interests as in an effort to prevent banking crisis. You can call it free market capitalism Like Ronald Aegean or Imperialism like Lenin but capitalism is what you have. It can't be "fixed" because its problems are caused by the root way in which the system is organized with private property, profits and markets. Banking capital became important because the production process goes though many steps from farm or the earth before reaching the end user. At each step trade and exchange of money occurs.
1
@jonathantaylor6926 Your the one who oppose class struggle against the rail bosses. You the one who says free markets work. Your the one who has defended capitalism at every turn and has no solution other than to sit back and become a landscaping boss. Now suddenly you recognize that the federal reserve was set up to defend the capitalist ruling class. So you were dishonest the whole time in making your argument.
1
@jonathantaylor6926 Class struggle is the road to socialism. A defeat of the greedy rail bosses will encourage other workers to fight back with the strike weapon. The landscaping slaves may decide they want better pay or conditions also.
1
@jonathantaylor6926 We will get to the bankers in due time. Chairman Powell only gives orders to print bonds and money he doesn't do the actual printing. Slavery ended with the end of the slave market capitalism will end with the end of the capital market. Marx's observations are the lesson of human history. The road forward is paved by the class struggle not by complainers who sit on the sidelines with no path forward. Yours is the role of the philosopher who solves all problems by changing nothing. Get rid of the central bank you say just how are we suppose to do that? What do we replace it with? Do you have an answer besides DA YOUR A SLAVE and I'M A LANDSCAPING BOSS. Ha Ha Ha???? Of course not because you've read as much as I have and no one has any idea how to do that except us and even we understand that it is not something that can be done overnight. No one can just order the closing of the federal Reserve bank
1
@jonathantaylor6926 We don't control the federal reserve. Besides you your self said that the super rich like it that way so you have no way to change that since the two parties do their bidding. Inflation favors property owners over wage earners. Why should they close down and stop printing money? We will build the labor movement and a new labor party to take state power away from the capitalist parties. We don't know exactly how things will go but we plan to establish a solid and predictable currency based upon labor time and use education to fight labor privilege. We also plan to take things out of the market so the need for a currency will decline. To fight inflation in the meantime we propose a sliding scale of wages and hours. Wage increases to match inflation.
1
@jonathantaylor6926 That won't happen because the politic divide is based in classes not left right center ideology. Plus it won't "fix" capitalism. Its is merely a scheme proposed to save capitalism by placing the problems of the system on finance alone a not the profit and private property system itself. Financial panics occurred before the creation of the central bank and their is no reason to believe that leaving industry in private hands will prevent them. Nor is the idea of conservatives who say that a panic should be ridden out in bankruptcy courts. The solution remains for the working class to take control of production and planing to replacing market/profits as the way to run industry. Every fictitious capital market panic is caused by the operation of the fictitious capital market. Opening the books of the capitalist so the workers can see where money goes is also part of the revolution. No one in Cuba was told they could not be an administrator what they were told is they could no longer use their position to exploit others. Big companies are based in pooling capital just like all banks. Now a government has no incentive to inflate the money supply unless their is private property because inflation artificial raises property values in respect to wages. With no owners of capital its value becomes a use value not and not an exchange value.

@jonathantaylor6926 People like Bill Gates the Windows monopolist stand in the way of innovation. China is moving ahead without intellectual property. Fidel Castro didn't get up everyday and smoke weed. The Cuban revolution shows Stalin's excesses were completely unnecessary. The new President of Cuba is a trained electrical engineer. If laziness were a problem bourgeois society would have gone to the dogs a long time ago. Cuba shows what's possible in just a small and poor country. Despite 60 years of blockade the US Imperialist are in no way near to reversing the revolution and the communist leadership in Cuba. What is played down in 1989 was the defeat of the Imperialist of South Africa in Angola bt Revolutionary Cuba. Instead the Imperialist became giddy thinking they had "Won the Cold War" and the "end of history had occurred". The came the "George Bushes" the men who were going to lead a "New World Order" defeating the "New Hitler" and "Terrorism." along with saving the "free market" by intervening in the "free market." A better question would be why is capitalism failing? Capitalism has to exhaust all its possibilities before it get's replaced. Its a world system and its been in overall decline since the beginning of World War one. The 1917 Bolshevik revolution was its first big defeat. Stalin was the leader not of victories after taking over from Lenin and Trotsky but defeats until his heirs were defeated in 1989 by popular revolutions. Imperialism remains the highest stage of capitalism because the ruling capitalist classes are still tide to their nation states and they are unable to peacefully settle trade disputes among themselves on the world market. The working class has only become larger worldwide compared to all other classes and the New Chinese working class has already shown its ability to struggle. The quest for profits is what drove it to "globalism" in production while national independence in what were the colonial nations works against the financial centers of capitalism.

@jonathantaylor6926 The friend of the capitalist paid for most innovation over the last century. (The US Gov't funded University connected labs.) Which someone like you would close down as a frivolous government overhead expense. The FBI rooted slander of communists being weed smokers isn't worth the time of day.

@654Crossman I'm sure the truckers love all the BOSS talk about driver less trucks and longer hours of service. This is a class struggle. Workers against capitalist bosses and their politicians.
