None of those other people like politicians, policemen or preachers can provide full protection of anything anyway. Biden and the Republicans are rushing head long into Ukraine after a bipartisan 20 year long war in Afghanistan costing 2.3 Trillion, 100,000 lives and millions of internally displaced persons. .

The best way to breed disrespect for authority is to write and enforce laws that people don't agree to. The law will not apply to the rich only the poor anyway you look at it. Afterall we look people up for murder because we are afraid of them Do you plan on investigating every pregnancy that doesn't come to term? Second guessing every doctor's decision? Chasing after abortion pills legal in one state but not another? Are they going to transported in sealed containers through prohibited states.?

Instead it was decided based on a Doctors right to practice medicine and viability. Which set it up for endless argument as to details. .

One one hand the like to feed at the public trough and on the other had they cry about paying taxes. People like Bill Gates like to talk endless about business yet microsoft did more to kill not just IBM and steal everyone else ideas but people went to jail for redistributing disks that they and Dell provide free of charge. For years a copy of Windows sold for About $135 dollars but the big manufactures bought it for $20 a copy. It was illegal to import Windows licenses from foreign countries even if microsoft was the foreign manufacturer.

Do I have a right to nourishment at your expense for 9 months? I guess not that would be placing an undue burden on you. But somehow because a women consented to sex that means she has a 9 month implied contract. I wonder how many employers would agree to implied contracts of any term upon hire vs employees at will. When it comes to child birth and reproduction the mens role has always been minimal. If not even less so since the rise of capitalism. Now the most that can be expected from a man is monetary damages if he has any money that is. Free speech would be meaningless if you were prohibited from expressing it on paper as would the right to assemble if no common property existed. It becomes a right for the same reason you don't want an undue burden. A women need only take an abortion pill up till 11 weeks.

You think your gods gift to the world because you opened a "business" as if no else has a brain in there heads? Most likely you will close it also or it will close on your death. At the end of the day you will push up daisies. If I'd been born in Cuba I would have been encouraged to learn and think of others. Part of the womens liberation and family policy first developed by the Russian Bolsheviks. You see Cuban women trained in their own units to fight in defense of the revolution. Some of the most selfless fighters of the Cuban revolution were women who wore the olive green of the Rebel Army. The same will be true of the women who are industrial workers as the working class is made of natural fighters not timid Protestant ministers. What is important is the life of the woman not that of the fetus. Paul Ronco Abortion rights were won by a movement in the streets not be the good graces of seven out of nine justices some of the appointees of Richard Nixon. The ruling never made abortion a women's right coming from the 14 th amendment like other rulings that favor women's rights rather it was a muddled ruling about the rights of Doctors and viability which set it up to be constantly challenged. The Women's rights leaders decided like many others of movement the 1960's and 1970's to join the liberal Democratic Party for its promise of reform though vote catching and making the Republican's the enemy.. So along with labor and black rights fighters they decided that these politicians promises were what was needed. Those promises of course are empty because now you are electing a liberal capitalist politician whose goal is not women's rights but making the capitalist system work for business interests. As far as the capitalist are concerned healthcare is something to be bought and sold and abortion was never illegal for them anyway nor will it be if the court overturns the Roe v. Wade decision. Hillary Clinton's daughter will not be denied for Jane Roe's that's another story. Abortions are nit attainable from a provider in 95% of counties as it is now.

Plessy v. Ferguson arise out of the defeat of the reconstruction governments in the south. It was overturned by the rising mass proletarian movement for the rights of Black Workers. A similar movement by women developed seeking rights that would allow women control of their lives. Abortion rights along with birth control are part of what is necessary for women to control their lives. This woman's movement was sidetracked by its leadership into the Democratic Party and the Court ruling which was more about Doctors rights and viability than a women's right to plan her life including when and how many children to have.

Brandon Rittenhouse Birth control and safe abortion make sex for reasons of other than procreation possible. What is important is to protect the life of the women first for child bearing and since children are for the most part the women's responsible also. Most abortions for birth control purposes are done early on while those done for medical reason make up the majority of late term abortions. It makes no sense to write a law that will achieve nothing but give grandstanding politicians a win for the gipper. Abortions aren't avalible in 95% of counties already and those who do have them for the most party do it early and chose a medical rather than surgical abortion. So expect a of people needing ulcer medication for early do it yourself abortions and the return of the back alley butcher.
