  7. Governor Brewer flunked US History class otherwise she would know that the word used in the first amendment is people not citizen. She is just another case of a hand raiser who swears or affirms to protect and preserve the US Constitution without even bothering to read it. "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." Do you see the word people or do you see the word citizen?

  26. Legally some documents are required to work in Mexico but the penalty for not following the law is no where near as harsh or cruel as that imposed upon Mexicans entering the United States. This harshness and cruelty is reflective of the dominance of the US Empires dog eat dog system and its wealthy ruling class' industrial and military power.

The government and employers like AT&T has done nothing for me but give me trouble. Now maybe you are getting a big contract or they paying you big money for doing nothing but I not getting any big payoffs and profitable corruption like Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump.   32. You have to start somewhere so our politics start with the world. All the countries where capitalism started have immigration. In fact unlike the Europeans we have always had an immigrant part of the working class. In the past the bosses have always played one group against another. So the first step is amnesty for immigrants with amnesty there is no reason for the immigrant to fear deportation. No fear of deportation means an immigrant willing to fight for higher wages. Of course if your a union plumber you probably believe talking nice to the bosses wins good contracts. In my opinion that is a losing strategy. A much better social strategy was employed by the school workers in West Virginia. As long as we have capitalism we can't stay on strike for ever and they will use the unemployed outside the door to threaten or replace those who are employed. We aren't going to win every strike either.

You can see it today when the West Virginia school workers struck and protested despite capitalist law, threats, and then they won. People like Trump, Clinton, and Brewer are headed for the ash heap of history. The day will come when the Border Patrol like the rest of the cops will take off their uniforms and go and hide.

The immigration of Mexicans across the border without proper papers to work in agriculture has been the actual (hidden policy) law since the early 1960's and the Kennedy administration. It replaced the braceros program. They will build this wall along with issuing more H 2A visa's which the Trump administration has already begun doing. Business from Maryland to Washington state want cheap labor and Trump will deliver them H 2A visa workers. They've already been clamoring for more workers and complaining that they want to follow the law. So at the end of the day a wall will be built so Mexican workers can come here carrying an immigration work visa paper. Only Washington with its swamp could come up with this type of solution.
