@narlimarli7406 The problem is the definition of treason in the Constitution itself. "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court." Congress has not declared war with China and China can not be considered an enemy and still have most favored nation status for trade. Just because the bosses are losing the war in the marketplace doesn't make the winner the enemy.

@smittytyson Now we have the NEW bourgeois notion of context being used to apply law. So words are producing hurt feelings and we need to apply punishment in the context of how hurt the feelings become. Any more CONTEXTS we should use like the CONTEXT of defending private property above all else?

@Not Thatname I have a right as a retiree freed of capitalist slavery by the past struggles of my class against capitalism to tell the truth about the capitalist system and how it works against us. We will convince Republican workers to leave their party if not for our party the Socialist Workers Party than for a new Labor Party without the Democratic or Republican Bosses. Only working class solidarity can solve our problems as workers and all those who want justice and freedom.

@Ryooken Fact: Missiles were sold to Iran after the hostage crisis. Question: Who was responsible? Apparently no one since USMC Lt Col Oliver North's felony convictions were reversed on appeal. Conclusion: If high ranking government officials can make claim of acting in the best interests of US Imperialism (the interests of US foreign investment.) they will fly as free as birds regardless of US law and the US constitution. Why? Its a two Party capitalist dictatorship that acts in the best interests of capital. Think i'm wrong well explain how without the use of notions, platitudes and idealism. Cite facts and then draw conclusions. Don't draw the conclusions first to then try and fit the facts into a narrative.

@gamr4367 Has nothing to do with skin color but the system of production. Before Plantation slavery their is no indication of anti black racism in the culture of Europe. The ideas always develop from the facts not the other way around. Culture develops out of the productive forces as do ideas. The idea of a flat earth is perfectly valid for a people who can only travel short distance and want to make primitive maps. It only became a problem when explaining the fact that large sailing ships appeared to sink at a distance from ports. The same was true of a earth centered universe it was perfectly good idea for people who made sundials it only became a problem when mapping the motion of the planets with the telescope. The same happened with Newton's ideas of motion. Facts started coming into conflict with Newtons laws. Those facts created Einstein's ideas as more correct. Without Einstein we would not have GPS today. Why? It wouldn't be accurate enough to use just Newton's ideas?. Yet Newton' ideas are still used today because they are fine for relatively short distances and low velocities.
