  1. Religion is less important in the modern world than ever before. Catholics and Protestants live and work next to each other in America as do people of all kinds of people despite original national origin. A secular state makes religious freedom possible for all. The UK is still a Protestant state not to mention its retention of other relics of its feudal past.

  3. Joe Biden is trying to prevent the election of a bourgeois rival Donald Trump by using all his governmental powers to defeat him. He administrations talk of Democracy and Human Rights is just so much Imperialist Propaganda. The Cuba people don't want a system where a capitalist elite chose two party candidates whose only purpose is to fill the coffers of the rich capitalist elite.

Sanctions by the US ruling capitalist class are a form of war. The US Imperialist NATO forces just finished destroying Afghanistan. Their can be no peace as long as the Imperialist investor nations dominate world trade. The nationalism of the ruling classes is what leads first to trade war and then real war. Socialism is not a different kind of capitalism like that in China or Sweden. Rather it is the working class in power like in Cuba where industry is under workers control and foreign trade is under control of a workers and farmers state power.

  8.  @purplespeckledappleeater8738  None of the protests are calling for any kind of political change what they are protesting is the situation they find themselves in due to the actions of the American Imperialist Blockade and denial of credits that every other government gets from the rich nations when an economic crisis occurs. Cuban's are smart enough to understand the the US capitalist system is not transferable anymore than it was transferable to the old Soviet Union. All the Soviet workers gor from capitalism was shock therapy along with the Yeltsin dictatorship. The problems of the Stalin era were never properly addressed in the Soviet Union. Cuba did not make the same mistakes that were made by the regime of Joseph Stalin. The leaders of the Cuban revolution never carried out the crimes against innocent people that the Stalinists did so they never had the same problems in Cuba as Fidel stated in Cuba we made mistakes but we were lucky that we had to rely on our own strength and that of our people when facing Imperialism just 90 miles away. We could not rely on the arrival of Soviet tanks to defend the revolution so instead we had to be revolutionaries fighting for a just world, Cuba has friends that will come forward to defend Cuba from the injustice of the American Imperialist Empire. The capitalist they count on money, on armies, on bombs and terrorism but what they never can count on is the solidarity of the workers and farmers who struggle daily to make a living for ourselves.
