  3. Just another case of double standards and new levels of hypocrisy by the US government which refuses to lift its cruel blockade. Those other countries which will lose their doctors will not be replaced by US doctors where healthcare is a political football where it can't treat all of its own people because medicine is a for profit big insurance business in the USA.

  4.  Andievo4U2  When you interview a CEO for TV he can't talk enough about how the market produces the best the latest and the greatest. When he is sitting with the board of directors its all about making the biggest profits possible for the next quarter and damn the torpedo's full speed ahead kill off the completion and setting monopoly prices among those firms still in the game. The "Deep State" as a new governmental phenomenon is nothing new. It's not a conspiracy because its always been there beneath the elected President and his Senate approved cabinet. It has grown over time as the need to regulate greed grows.
