  1. It seems to me that the court can confirm his choice as an individual artist working for Masterpeace Cake Shops and his obligation as a corporation to serve all patrons. He either has an employee without his views work on same sex wedding cakes or contracts out all same sex wedding cakes. To keep him from individually being targeted the court can order all bake shops to post signs saying, "This Bakeshop does not discriminate in the making of same sex wedding cakes and it will either make those cakes or contract out those cakes."
