The basic difference between the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and US Bill of Rights is the reasonableness clause. Once you have that reasonableness clause than parliament can walk all over you with reasonable laws that limit your rights. You second problem revolves around the Queen. .I will quote Thomas Paine who said the king need not speak when an act of Parliament will do. Conversely the value of the Monarchy comes in time of crisis when the elites can make appeal for King and Country through the Queen. Not to mention your Senators are appointed by the Governor General who is chosen by the Queen.

Reagan was from California, the Bushes are Connecticut Yankees, Trump changed Parties 5 times LBJ, Carter and Clinton was all Southern Democrats. Its only been recently that the parties have become more split between liberals and conservatives. People like progressives and Sanders were completely irrelevant outside of small areas of the country in the past.

The US also used repainted with Cuban insignia Alabama National Guard bombers to attack Cuba just before Giron. The US publicly threaten nuclear war over Korea, Vietnam and Cuba. The US needlessly used Atomic weapons on Japanese cities just so Truman could hint to Stalin what he could expect after the honeymoon was over.

If you actually read the few pages of the Communist Manifesto you'd realize Marx gave capitalism credit for creating among other things a world market and destroying feudalism. The capitalist needed a working class so in Europe enclosure laws were passed to throw peasant serfs off the land to create a working class that owned nothing but its labor to sell to the highest bidder. In America the working class has always had an immigrant component. Higher wages were paid in the Eastern cities to slow the movement to the American West. "The communist regime you idolize set off the largest thermonuclear detonation ever recorded." Did 100's of thousands die in that detonations like the US detonations in Hiroshima or Nagasaki? American capitalism lacks any moral defense. You want to call yourself a primitive being as a defense? Well those are your words not mine.

Saddam Hussein was another Hitler who had to be stopped at all costs. It took six years for the defeat of Hitler at the cost of 20 million Soviet Lives and just six weeks by the US Imperialist and there puppets to defeat Hussein. After which Bush demobilized the Iraqi army telling them the usual capitalist insult "to get a job in a free market" Well guess who was hiring? More terrorist of course.
