@y0r00 Your politicians control Congress and FDR wanted to go to war with Japan to support the British imperialists. So he ordered the end of oil sales to Japan. USMC Major General Smedley Butler exposed the role of big capital in "War is a Racket." Try reading it you might just learn something. Butler said Al Capone operated in three counties I operated on three continents. He was a self described gangster for capitalism. Like Kennedy who said Victory in nuclear war would be ashes in our mouths the ruling class cares only about its own losses. Kennedy was already to go and being egged on by Generals like Curtis La May. Khrushchev had done absolutely nothing to prepare besides launch a criticism of a modern art show which all the dutifully followers of Moscow praised.

@carnthecorby It's the mistake that the class struggle ended with the end of the cold war. That communism was represented by a bunch of Stalinist bureaucrats. That what Lenin had said as the title to his 1916 work "Imperialism is the highest stage of capitalism" was untrue.Russian Imperialist desires will be defeated by the Ukrainian People and Russian working people and working people protesting throughout the world just like American Imperialism was defeated in Vietnam.
