  1. Like we don't have a two party capitalist dictatorship as it is now. The Soviet Soldiers of Trotsky's Red Army elected the non commissioned officers and then the commissioned officers were under Bolshevik political control of the Army commissars so that the plans would be carried out without sabotage to defend the revolution from the 14 Imperialist nations that invaded including the US/UK.
