The Jim Crow laws "De Jure segregation " forbidding or preventing Black Americans from accessing whites only areas, equal educational opportunity and equal employment opportunity were enforced and the law until Black People fought against them. In fact the Supreme court in Plessy v. Ferguson state's desire to provide separate but equal facilities was legal. Over fifty years later with the beginning of the end of racial segregation the supreme court would rule that separate but equal was inherently unequal in Brown vs Board of Education. In fact as far back as the very beginning of the Republic the Alien and Sedition laws were written to make disagreement with government policy a crime. Over the years plenty of political opponents have been accused of attempting to destroy the country. "Americans can't break into their Country." Well maybe so but the US government has no problem with interfering with the political process in other countries under the guise of saving democracy, regime change and the war on terror. This has been especially true in America's backyard Latin America. They have spent over fifty years imposing a cruel blockade on Cuba because Cuba's people got rid of the dictator Batista and decide they wanted to take a Socialist road. They have supported the most criminal dictatorships from Pinochet in Chile, the Generals coup in Brazil, the dictatorship in El Salvador, Somoza family dictatorship in Nicaragua and the overthrow of the democratically elected government of Guatemala.

SUBJECT The Decline and Fall of Castro Salient considerations respecting the life of the present Government of Cuba are: 1. The majority of Cubans support Castro (the lowest estimate I have seen is 50 percent). 2. There is no effective political opposition. 3. Fidel Castro and other members of the Cuban Government espouse or condone communist influence. 4. Communist influence is pervading the Government and the body politic at an amazingly fast rate. 5. Militant opposition to Castro from without Cuba would only serve his and the communist cause. 6. The only foreseeable means of alienating internal support is through disenchantment and disaffection based on economic dissatisfaction and hardship. If the above are accepted or cannot be successfully countered, it follows that every possible means should be undertaken promptly to weaken the economic life of Cuba. If such a policy is adopted, it should be the result of a positive decision which would call forth a line of action which, while as adroit and inconspicuous as possible, makes the greatest inroads in denying money and supplies to Cuba, to decrease monetary and real wages, to bring about hunger, desperation and overthrow of government. The principal item in our economic quiver would be flexible authority in the sugar legislation. This needs to be sought urgently. All other avenues should likewise be explored.   495. Look the court almost never challenges religious belief if you say that's what you believe they take it as good coin. This comes on the heals of the bad 5-4 Hobby Lobby decision where they said a closely held company claiming the owers religious belief could be excused from providing birth control under Obama care. If that wasn't a case of religious tyranny and corporate power being exercised over employees I don't what is. We recognize corporations as fictitious people but they don't have all the rights of natural persons.They are slaves to their owners despite the 13th Amendment , they can't vote in elections, or serve on Juries. Do they need lobbyists and input in Congress? Yes they do because lobbying will prevent lawyers from passing laws for doing something like requiring water burning cars or over unity generators. The other thing is Jack Phillips declined for his company as whole and continues that position. The question of what the cake would be or look like was never even discussed. He also refused to provide cupcakes for a lesbian commitment ceremony. Now the court cannot rule on his religious beliefs but he did offer to make a dog wedding cake. The court has already and correctly recognized that a company deliberately assigning a worker to knowing do something against their religious belief when other employees could do it then and firing them for it is illegal. Why don't we just call in King Solomon cut Jack in half and his employee half doesn't have to make the cake while his owner half must supervise.

  590.  George  I would have nothing if the Social Security Act of 1935 had not passed Congress in the middle of the great depression. Something the bosses are always talking about taking away with the empty promises of private "bankrupt" pensions. Gates is a bad joke in the computer industry called a bully who wears glasses and a sweater running a company that never had an original idea it didn't try to steal. He tells others "You realize Microsoft has the market for office productivity." His only skill is being a ruthless monopolistic tyrant in the business world. When he couldn't get people sent to prison for copying software that he and big tech boasted as being free he had them jailed for copying the Microsoft font on the CD hard copy. .To control and limit markets big tech writes terms of service and limits parts sales to partners all to keep you or small business from repairing or using the parts and software you or a small business paid for in any way but theirs. Big tech has decided it must monitor all information to watch for dis information. Those who have bad ideas about the ruling class of bankers and bosses must be contained with technological innovation to make the world safe for the capitalist exploitation. Its an ought right lie that capital can produce a god dam thing otherwise a perpetual motion machine would be possible. All capital does is accumulate and demand a return on investment.

All Buffet does is place bets on profitability which is why many call their companies hedge funds. The try and bet on what will make the biggest profits. Then they use the state power to make sure that they can be compensated when they become too big to fail. They create massive piles of debt from upon which they demand even more. The workers produce the bosses manage and their system of profit maximization which requires shut downs and speed up is what needs to go. Capitalism fails because its based upon profit maximization for a wealth ruling class by any means. Just as slavery stood in the way of capitalism and the system of wage labor. Capitalism, profit maximization and private poverty of the ruling class stands in the way of the forces of production. It took the force of arms and revolution to get rid of chattel slavery and it will take the same from the working class to assert itself and rights to make a living over the do nothing idiots of finance capital.

The idea that you can have capitalism without corporations or a government is a pipe dream. The whole reason for having corporations and stock markets is to raise investment capital to produce commodities. If capital was able to produce without labor than the laws of thermodynamics would be violated. Tools are created to save future labor time. To build a factory you need capital to build the machines and hire the workers to make the product before you can have any income from sales. The capitalist want everyone to feel a debt of gratitude to them. So they cultivate the idea that they geniuses who are saving mankind from all kinds of horrible fates. They know the workers need a certain income to spend on their needs to come back to work for the next pay period but why pay them a higher wage if you can convince them your letting them borrow against future work as a favor. Convince the workers they can live better in debt and now you have debt slaves who can lose their, credit card and card rating, home and automobile if the go on strike. Same with the national debt its a way for the capitalist to make money on debt instead of paying more taxes. If for any reason they can't find enough buyers for the national debt than the national banks buy the debt and sell it to the Federal Reserve that orders more money from the US Treasure that coins and prints money along with issuing the bonds. A nice little circle with financial interests having control over the currency along with the capitalist government.

  684. I even from a Republicans point of view building a wall a minimum of thirty feet high and six feet deep and twelve inches thick is going to be very expensive unless you compromise on areas. You talking about building the equivalent of three travel lanes of an interstate highway sideways. What type of soil determines what kind of base you need because you don't want to wake up someday and find out that the thing has fallen over. There are areas where the Rio Grande or tributaries have created canyons making crossing possible by rock climbers or trapeze artists to begin with. If the government builds the wall inland without holes or gates for landowners on the other side unlike the current areas then the owners will demand payment for the areas south of the wall. The whole area is going to see a boom for lawyers and federal judges arguing eminent domain cases. Real Estate will be exaggerating values of what might have been built there. I've read articles that say the cartels are already using horizontal pipeline drilling equipment for tunnels in San Diego so it may turn out to be cheaper to burrow under the Rio Grande then blow a hole in a wall with C4 and Dynamite. Building through populated areas close to the border could also result in Mexican teenagers going on a rock and bottle throwing binge at wall builders raising the cost of workmen comp. It might turn out that Trump planners could decide to move the wall and border north by connecting the Sarita and Falfurrias checkpoints then headin west just North of Laredo and get Mexico to buy the area South on easy credit terms paying for the rest of the wall making us Mexican citizens by treaty.

The problem their system has is that profits go to the industry and firms that can best replace skilled labor with unskilled labor and machines such that the real rate of profit by which all capitalist measure success declines as machines replace labor and prices naturally slump towards the cost of production. If their system could avoid war and fascism than capitalism would end when profit rates appproached zero since the reason to invest would end.. They view healthcare and education as overhead costs to be minimized. Why spend money on a sick worker when another can be hired? While war preparations always come first to defend the profit system from those who lack the confidence in the decisions of Wall Street investors. To avoid issuing wage cuts and provoking strikes they took the advice of the British Economist Keynes to rob the working class with state deficits and central bank generated inflation. The whole system is built around the promise to wealthy investors of a free lunch. Capital itself produces nothing since a perpetual motion machine is impossible When they can't find new products and markets for investment they drive up the value of fictitious capital only for it to collapse in periodic economic crisis. Unlike the working class the capitalist owners are divided into Imperialist nations that invest in the world market who will go to war over the defense of their nations profits and property no matter where in the world they are threatened. .

"On December 6, 2018 at 9:15 PM, a seven-year-old female juvenile Guatemalan was apprehended with her father for illegal entry with a group of 163 illegal aliens approximately a half mile west of the Antelope Wells Port of Entry at the Bounds Forward Operating Base (Bounds FOB). There were four Border Patrol Agents on scene at the time. Upon apprehension, the Border Patrol Agent conducted an initial screening, which consists of an interview and observation of the detainee to identify any health or safety problems to ensure that they receive necessary medical care. The initial screening revealed no evidence of health issues. Additionally, the father claimed that the child was in good health as indicated on the Form I779. Due to the extreme remote nature of the location, while awaiting transport to the nearest Border Patrol station, the aliens were held inside the Sally Port of the Antelope Wells Port of Entry and had access to food, water and restrooms. At 10:00 PM, an MCI Transport Bus left the Lordsburg Border Patrol Station route to the Bounds FOB. The Lordsburg Border Patrol Station is approximately 94 miles away from the FOB Bounds. Due to the remoteness of this area, vehicle transport between locations takes between two to three hours. Around 12:20 am on December 7, the MCI Transport Bus transported the first group to the Lordsburg Border Patrol Station. Because Unaccompanied Alien Children are a priority, UACs were on the first transport to the Lordsburg Border Patrol Station. The MCI Transport Bus returned at 4:00 AM to the Bounds FOB. At 4:30 AM, the second group of aliens including the child and her father was loaded onto the MCI Transport Bus. Just prior to departure, at 5:00 AM, the father first advised the agent that the child was sick and vomiting while on the bus. At this time, the Agents notified the Lordsburg Border Patrol Station to prepare to receive the child and provide emergency medical care. Due to the remoteness of the area, meeting emergency medical personnel in Lordsburg was the best means to provide the child with emergency care. Shortly before 6:30 AM, the bus arrived at the Sally Port of the Lordsburg Border Patrol Station and the father advised that the child was not breathing. A Border Patrol Emergency Medical Technician began to provide medical care and revived the child twice. It was determined at this time that she had a temperature of 105.7 degrees. Hidalgo County EMS arrived and began providing care at 6:40 AM. A decision was made to transport to the nearest trauma center, Providence Children’s Hospital in El Paso, Texas. Air Ambulance departed LOB with the child at 7:45 AM, she arrived at the Providence Children’s Hospital in El Paso at 8:50 AM and immediately received additional emergency medical care. Her father was transported by USBP via a government vehicle to the hospital. At 11:00 AM December 7, LOB was notified juvenile went into cardiac arrest again and was subsequently revived. LOB learned that the CT scan revealed brain swelling. She was breathing by machine and diagnosed with liver failure. She died at 12:35 AM on December 8 with her father on scene. The Guatemalan government was notified immediately and is working with the El Paso Sector leadership."

In order to unite the Country the West with the East in trade it was necessary to build the continental railroads.   1484. Capitalism is more productive and raised more people out of misery than any other previous social and political system. However just like feudalism, the American slavocracy and the Roman empire slave system it is a class divide system and has its own internal contradictions that spell its doom. That contradiction lies in private property in the means of production and the inability of the producers to buy everything they produce with the surplus going to the capitalist owners. As long as there are new markets to sell the overproduction and more labor from the countryside that can be brought into the system it seems not only the best thing since sliced bread but it also made the sliced bread possible. However as more skilled labor is replaced with more general labor and since the world is only so big a number of things begin to happen. The rate of return on investment begins to decline as capital not only replaces skilled labor but labor in general and the various capital business divided by nation begin to fight over markets. At the same time financial investment in new machinery declines when the realizations set in that capital market manipulation can produce fictitious capital. That is bigger profits on paper than represented by new machinery. All this is happening before our eyes today. These predictions of Karl Marx are being cursed by monied interests throughout the world. A large section if not a majority right now of both the American and European financial interests (Globalists) don't want to go down the road of nationalism and another World war. However the Nationalists want to defend their capital and bring the working classes of each country along with their nation promising jobs via higher tariffs or threats of them. Karl Marx said the solution to all these problems lies in the working classes of all countries overthrowing capitalism abolishing private property in the means of production and establishing socialism on a world scale. So now you know if you haven't figured it out yet I am a communist. Modern racism is based in the need to drive down and hold down wages by dividing the working class along some cultural line. The police as professional enforcers of the rights of private property can not but help to fall into the category of racial discrimination enforcers. Rather than prattle on about a libertarian utopia name a single nation where capitalism develpoped without contract law, a parliamentary way to make law, a police and judicial way to enforce law and a military to define its borders. No large industrial corporate employer can be founded and grow without an infusion of capital from other capitalists. Their called joint stock companies. Yes anyone can become a cockroach in a niche business or one with a small capital to labor ratio. Look up from your screen how many things are produced by a single factory from a single raw material where you walked over and bought it? A few backyard tomatoes that you bought packaged seeds for after driving a car made from parts and raw materials from mines and factories the world over? If socialism were to fail because of human laziness than the Bourgeois society would have died with its owners a long time ago. They are not compelled to lift so much as a finger with servants to dress them, chiefs to feed them, chaffers to drive them, maids to clean house and a bank account with money than can't spend fast enough. If Bill Gates worked it was estimated he would lose more money by picking up a dropped $100 than continuing on with his 'work'. He started with a million dollar trust fund and through favorable court decisions, cronyism (all capitalism works through cronyism), market manipulations and monopoly practices created Microsoft. Capitalism with it built in flaws produced WW1, WW2 and the current 2008 crisis which is behind the problems faced by both capitalism and its political system in the US today. It's not the successes of capitalism its but it failures that bring about a revolutionary situation and the ability to change it. It's major flaw is its periodic crises of overproduction caused by the inability of the workers to buy back what they produce, a decline in rate of return in investment which leads not to investment into new means of production but the creation of fictions capital through market manipulations and the limited size of the world and therefore the world market. They 'globalist' are sections of the capitalist classes that don't want nationalism and competition between national capital to get out of hand and result in another world war. The 'Nationalists' whether they are the Trumpsters, Brexit or others in national capitalist ruling classes want to use the working class against itself by promising jobs via tariffs or threats of them. Neither the globalists nor the nationalists can solve the world crisis set off by the 2008 mortgage crisis. All capitalist forces will begin squabbling with each other and blame the working class for their profit crisis. It's approaching the ten years it usually takes for another crisis to occur and many working people in the US have not been able to recover from the last one. The choice humanity faces is Nuclear war or world socialist revolution. The key country where the working class must take power is the United States. No invasion can successfully disarm the nuclear bombs Washington has posed to destroy anyone who gets in its way. Cuba trains more doctor than it needs including some from underserved districts in the US without a charge for room and board or tuition. While in the United States the costs of education for a physician is such that many don't even try for the spots open. Doctors are constantly recruited from the poorer nations.
