By definition an army is an armed force not a civilian economic force which makes an army possible. If we use your definition than the US could also have the 200,000,000 member army. Considering the number of fire arms owned by US civilians we already have your 200,000,000 army. Everyone also has access to a knife in the US also which makes a better weapon in close combat than your pitchfork. It's just another so called bible prediction that means absolutely nothing.
