I wonder how many police criminals will be prosecuted for excessive force under Trump? None I guess since Trump himself said give them something extra before being placed in a squad car. Sure let's just forget about innocent until to proven guilty. Go ahead and beat a confessions out of suspects Chicago style with FBI help from Trump. After all most trials in court are already a sham. Why not add to 'judicial economy' by shooting first and asking questions later?
