One lead the labor movement into the blind alley of Imperialist war behind its own ruling class while the other became a counter revolutionary reaction with in the Soviet Union by a privileged bureaucracy arising out of the conditions of poverty create by the civil war and invasion by all the capitalist powers of Europe and the United States.
