Sheriff ran a dungeon called Milwaukee jail. A prisoner there died of dehydration under his watch. He can only do stuff as a former Sheriff because any appointment or run for office will bring up how his guards let a man die and all he did afterwards was talk about how the dead man was a criminal. Not a single guard was held accountable in any way.
