@cynthiawadeson8843 A Federal District Judge Harry Claiborne was tried, convicted and served a sentence before being impeached. So while a President might claim immunity from prosecutions while in office due to his duties maybe not so after his term expires or after an impeachment and conviction while in office. Who outside of Congress would have the authority to issue an arrest warrant for a sitting President?
