Scats Scats Who are you another Jackass for Christ booked for the Billy Graham show?

Hillbilly smart enough not take a contract to go to Saudi Arabia and have his head sold as intellectual property.

He's one of those quirks of nature dick and balls on top brain between the legs.

The capitalist continue to invest in new machinery as a natural process of capitalism itself. They do this in anticipation of lower labor cost by replacing first skilled labor and then unskilled labor. This however has its own dynamic of writing off old machinery at its recyclebly value and the new machinery must justify its use as increasing return of rate of return on investment. Creating new machinery that reduces labor cost and the cost of creating (investing) is not always guaranteed to be the best business decision. So what your really talking about is technological innovation. The capitalist always socialise this initial cost onto government and universities. Only in the more specific and applied use of technology do they assume the cost

Even in the US most funding for basic research in science and engineering comes from government funding now. DARPA brought you the packet switched network and GPS. Research is paid for by a number of government agencies at Research Universities and then commercialized (privatised) for market purpose.
2
Large companies also have armies of engineers assigned to solve problems and design what the customer wants.
2
No that's not what will happen instead the workers still in industry become all that more powerful. A work stoppage in one place becomes all that more powerful because it brings a whole lot of other places to a halt with just in time deliveries it also amplifies a work stoppage with new machinery the capitalist will not just replace labor but also try and reduce wages. This all but guarantees a more militant class struggle.

There is more profit in a business than the number reported to the stockholders. Some is reinvested, some goes to CEO's and management pay and bonuses, and some goes into repaying loans.

Trump U Provided an "excellent education" until it was shut down.

Those who claim that minimum wage was "designed for teenagers" are also wearing 'designer jeans' and the Emperor himself is wearing no cloths.
1
My point is those who argue most against the minimum wage don't have to work for minimum wage. I buy my jeans at Walmart they don't shop there because its lower class and for the masses instead preferring the more expensive stores like Kohls brand. In fact these professors are usually paid out of stock and bond profits in their endowed chairs. The middle class has IRA's and other stuff that have income that is derived from profits. A rise in minimum wage will result in a drop in profits. Naturally if your income or a good part comes from profits your going to have a different view of things.

They only way to change the economy is to fight back against capitalist exploitation by use of a new union movement.

McDonalds is not just a hamburger business its also the supply of product business. The restaurant side competes with your cooking at home. The supply business competes with the grocery store. Can you get more out of the workers you already treat like slaves? (If it's time to lean it's time to clean.) I don't think so. Will you raise your price maybe and maybe the whole business shifts back to the grocery store and home. Maybe you'll just slowly raise your price like always or maybe if your a franchise owner you'll get a reduction of cost from the supply of products. Now with you workers having more money to spend and the bosses less the business's in the luxury goods only goes down if the bosses decide not to spend more capital gains than on luxury goods and the business's in the maintenance of life goods go up. Can they automate? Yes and no they don't have a handle that they can twist to get more automation. Nor does investing more always result in pushing up the rate of return on investment which is the true way business measures profitability not aggregate profit.

Good point raising the minimum wage will cut CEO pay. If $15 an hour isn't enough raise it hirer!!!
1
There needs to be a struggle to cut hours with no cut in pay. The only way to solve the perceived problem of automation is the end private property and reduction time of your working life. If it actually got to a place with just CEO's and robots who would buy the commodities produced?

Venezuela has a social democratic government. It nationalized the oil industry to pay for social services. The rest of the economy remains capitalist. The oligarchy wants that income and of course the US government and ruling class can't stand something like that so they are looking at ways to attack them. They tried a coup and now they have enacted an embargo.

When you fire a missile from any known point on earth the guidance system can get you to the target. When you are underwater in a submarine you don't have the ability to tell where you are with enough accuracy to hit your target. That's why the US built the GPS satellite system. The Soviets were probably satisfied with creating a big hole anywhere close by. The Soviets also had a doomsday fuck you'll monster bomb.
1
It not a simple system of triangulation like lighthouses or radio direction finders. Instead it relies on position of the satellites and timing differences between pulse signals from different satellites. It's more like LORAN in the sky. It's also my understanding that to get the accuracy wanted simple Newtonian mechanics will not do the job and Einstein's general relativity where times runs slower because of gravity being weaker at the satellite's locations is required. The advantage to GPS is you can correct the satellite location from the ground if necessary and you make the measurements in real time. The advantage to INS is militarily it is vehicle contained and can only be knocked out with a direct vehicle hit in war. The disadvantage is that INS distance errors become larger the further the vehicle travels from its starting point. This is not due to friction because the accelerometers measure real acceleration and gyro's real directional changes. Its sole due to the accuracy of the instruments as manufactured.

Been playing to many video games lately? A machine isn't alive. It can't spend a wage. Obviously some one owns the machine "a minimum hourly base fee to use machines," and that is where all the problems arise. One class of people own all the machines and does nothing with them while the other class owns nothing and produces everything by running and making all the machines.

I assume nothing of the sort. When the 26th of July movement defeated General Batista no one was told they couldn't be an administrator, engineer or doctor. What they were told is that they could no longer use their positions to exploit others. Those who were unhappy left for Miami and no one has ever been forced to stay in Cuba. Instead the US government has used every possible way it can come up with to defeat the revolution. How I manage my life is up to me. Not everyone wants to be a CEO so they can use dollar bills as living room wallpaper.

Right everyone has a right to say no as long as they all show up at work the next day.
1
Let say you work for a private company and not a school. You work for the three months and the CEO declares a dividend at the end of three months and sends out dividend checks to the stockholders mail boxes what did the stockholders do to earn their dividend checks? Since they did no required work they did nothing to earn that money. In other words they are ripping people off. And what they get has no limitations like a welfare mom who must show need and receives a limited amount of monthly cash.

All your doing is repeating ruling class propaganda. The old develop problems medical problems, have grown children and disabilities which push them out of any higher paying jobs. The New York banks won't be voluntarily giving up control of national and foreign investment anytime soon. George Soros give a little money to liberal causes and the blast the hell out of him as a Jewish Anti Semitic Communist Nazi. Most of the ruling class stays out of the limelight but Paris Hilton likes to show off her tits.

The contradictions in capitalism are that to keep going new markets need to be found and new cheap labor must be exploited to produce more profit and the workers never get back everything that they produce. So because the size of the world is finite as is the size of the market capitalism comes to a screeching halt at times such as in 2008. The problem is that market forces get out of control in many ways such that things happen that don't make any sense. From a market and profit manufacturing sense dumping garbage into a dump, river or ocean makes sense but the pollution that follows makes no sense at all. What that means is capitalism left to its own accord ends up with humanity shooting itself in the foot at best and nuclear war at worst.
1
Everyone knows that nuclear war makes no sense so why build new and improved nuclear weapons like Trump plans to do?
