@aj3910 Why should I run away like a coward. I'm not afraid of a few drone strikes because as capitalism declines further it will produce class struggle and the American capitalist will have no problem using their "War for Democracy" methods at home. You're already afraid of becoming collateral damage. You hope that by my leaving that the war drive will go away. To save the capitalist system the bosses have no choice but to move towards war and fascism.

@aj3910 I'm not either but I've studied the past and the ideas and thinking of people like Marx, Lenin and Trotsky and I'm not going to close my eyes and say nothing especially since I'm 69 years young and want the young to have a future other than WW3.

@aj3910 One thing socialism is not is more foreign wars like Afghanistan where Sanders vote yes. Lenin and Eugene Debs would have voted no. Working people and the middle class are beginning to realize no help is coming from Washington or the big capitalists like the banks.

@aj3910 Well then their is no point in having a federal government if it can provide no help and capitalism can't take the place of government either. It can't provide education or healthcare because as far as the capitalist are concerned they can buy all they need and workers are disposable. Nor can it create either by production of machines. Capitalism works for the capitalists only as does their government. Its only a government for the rich and your not invited so stop voting for their chumps and giving them respectability.

@aj3910 The capitalist themselves had to fight a civil war with the slaveholders and socialism has NOT failed everywhere it has been implemented. Capitalism is unable to solve its problems because its based in nation states yet as a system it functions in a world market. You may not want war but war wants you because capitalism is based in making profits for ruling classes and competition drives them towards fascism and Imperialist war. To paraphrase Thomas Paine its is not the constitution of United States that makes the people of United States free rather it is the constitution of the people of the United States. Its isn't going to make much difference if you live in a tent or mansion if a war between the big powers breaks out. One reason is no one remembers Hiroshima and Nagasaki like they did during the Cuban missile crisis when both sides starred into the abyss. More and more countries have missile they can fire at each other even if they don't have nuclear weapons. Then you have the Major powers building more not less including hypersonic missiles and low and variable yield nuclear weapons. The fact that China, Russia and the US are even talking about war with each other should be enough to wake everyone up. Talk of limited war over Ukraine or Taiwan should be condemned as madness. No one ever expects a war to be anything but limited yet it seldom turns out that way. .
