His former employer never found his legal source of their equipment and decided to just leave the market in that area. At the end of the day maybe they felt getting into a battle with him wasn't worth it.

The labor quality is correct for the commodity produced. The workers production work week hours are the longest. If you can't make a profit your headed for bankruptcy court which is in the constitution. if no one could lend and no one could borrow would we need a bankrupsy court? You say your going to end fractional bank borrowing replacing it with banks doing exchange processing for fees only. If I'm GM with a pile of profits can't I still lend what I have in the bank or from a self bank. If I just keep the profits I and other companies making profits will contract the money supply just as you blame the banks for doing so now. Most of the working class is in some kind of debt now. If the banks or GM and other profit makers can't lend do we rent everything so we can stay out of debt? The advantage to selling and lending money over renting is an owner becomes responsible where as a renter is less likely to be. Since money itself is a universal commodity a lending contract is really just a renting of money contract. If I am bad at fulfilling my money renting contracts my credit score goes down. That's why I say your idea of being able to get rid of debt such that the banks or others can't lend is not possible within the framework of a capitalist system and more like a medieval one were usury was forbidden. If you do allow lending that it must be kept above a black line. If you do that then all your doing is moving where the zero is on a number line of positive and negative numbers.

If they buy securities like junk bonds during the Great Recession well that's a form of possible fraud. At the end of the day the banks must have a certain percentage of reserve if not they must either borrow from another at the prime rate or from the fed at the discount window usually at a higher than prime rate. Changing the reserve requirements doesn't change the total capitalization it just allows more or less to be borrowed by the banks customers. Treasury creates 30 year bonds whenever they don't have enough tax funds. Bank securities might be of questionable value.

As capitalism developed in the Nation State it becomes monopolistic with contract law controlling the monopolies and with overproduction capability rising needs to sell in the world market. In the US the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania was founded in the carpenter's trade union hall. In Czarist Russia strikers were shot down in the streets of Petrograd. The workers who went on strike at a gold mine paraded in the street just to be mowed down by machine guns used by Czarist Troops. Czarist censors prescreened everything printed. There was a civil war after the October 1917 revolution so yes people died. The Bolsheviks signed the first WW1 peace treaty with Germany.

As to people in jail I think at the very least it's time to end the marijuana prohibition and make all nonviolent drug crimes erasable from public records no matter how many times you fail. I don't see why it's necessary to bash socialism and taxes every time a government program doesn't work as expected. He says he wants to bring people together to solve these problems yet why is it that some will appear only at secret meetings? The IRA was gone in no time because the business had to be shut down for because my dad could no longer make contracts. When they can't make a profit they cut production despite the needs for the products produced. Once again the bosses own record books prove this as one can see from the federal reserve economic stats that the bosses can no longer us all the productive capacity they have. Instead of using about 90% back in 1968 its down to somewhere around 70 %.

What they were told is the could not use their position to exploit others. With capitalism the administrators are paid for their loyalty to the owners as the goal is to maximize profits not to produce to meet human needs. With capitalism the best the workers can hope for is that the capitalist will reinvest to expand production and hire more workers but when the market becomes saturated because the workers can not buy back all that can be produced the capitalist halts production and throws the workers out of our jobs. This is caused by the excess profits not being reinvested into expanding production but instead being used to drive up the value of paper values. In other words fictitious capital these values then collapse resulting in the business cycle or recession/depression every 7 to 10 years.

  575.  @dawid12301d  Congratulations on your independence. However after looking at World Bank Figures Poland hasn't recovered from its highest GDP in 2008. That was of course the time of the capitalist meltdown. Plus it is measured with consumption and private investment. Those can be shifted back and forth between consumer spending (wages) and private capital investment (profit). Meaning wages can remain flat while investment continues to rise.
