@RogerDeforest I was born during the Korean war so I lived though the Nixon regime of lies and military force in service to American capitalism. I was a senior in High School in 1970 when the Ohio National Guard killed four students in cold blood. I was shot in the back by an un authorized police attacking an anti War protest on my college campus. I spent there days in the hospital after. Nixon lied and soldiers died!!! Hay Hay LBJ how many kids did you kill today!!! Thank You greedy capitalists for turning me against you, your two parties and your capitalist dictatorship.

They have to admit that Kennedy knowingly authorized the use of Agent Orange and biological warfare. That they theorized they could win in Vietnam based in kill ratios. That the military strategy was to use ground Troops as bait so air power could kill more faster and better. That General William Westmoreland became known as Gereral Waste More Land. That the truth revealed in the secret Pentagon Papers provoked a Constitutional crisis. That Veteran's thew their medals on the steps of Congress in Protest. That the term fragging entered the vocabulary as slang for throwing a fragmentation grenade in an officer hooch. That US Troops were refusing orders to engage the enemy. That the troops of the 82nd airborne division rejected the idea of deploying to Washington for an Antiwar protest at the Presidents request. That a bitter defeat was handed to American Imperialism as the most powerful Empire in Human history that it has never fully recovered from.

@orangefield2308 This is how the capitalist have tried to solve their crisis of overproduction which causes depression. By deflating the value of the dollar you can issue continuous wage cuts without looking greedy. Workers fighting to keep up with inflation are accused of causing it. Machines replacing labor done to increase the profit margin that end up cutting the profit rate now appear to keep thing going. The capitalist have once again fooled themselves into thinking the are getting even richer until an even bigger crisis hits like 2008. Book value becomes red ink. Capital can not produce anything for the simple reason that machines can only save future labor time.

@orangefield2308 With the paper standard you can hide the problem posed by Karl Marx in Chapter one of Das Kapital the declining rate of return on investments that requires wage cuts to boost profit rates. You cut the value of the wage by cutting the value of the dollar the medium of exchange instead of cutting the exchange value directly. This way property value can appear to rise as you continually add numerical value and wages can be pushed down since now you put the blame for rising prices on the needs of the working class to maintain its living standard and trying to better its conditions of labor. The unions and government spending on social programs become the political crusade of the capitalist who demonize capitalist government as the root cause of all things evil and not the capitalist government being the cause with its defense of the capitalist profit system.

@orangefield2308 Well with what the US did in Korea why would you expect love? All the American capitalist and their government have ever wanted in Korea is control and domination. They came in taking over form the Japanese Imperialist with an agreement from Joe Stalin that he had no right to make in which Korea would be divided for the purpose of evacuating Japanese Troops. Soviet Troops entered the North for a short period and left but the US was setting itself up as the new colonial power. Recognizing only the collaborators of the Japanese and putting down legitimate protest using their troops, collaborator and the hated Japanese Imperialist troops. They engaged in the tactics of massacre, lies cover ups and paid collaborators. Who were going to help the Korean people? The UN? Sweden, the Swiss, the French or General Chang?

The Japanese Imperialist in China by Mao's PLA 1945. The French Imperialist at Dien Ben Phu 1954 by Vietminh and the US imperialist driven out in 1975 The US/UK/French at about the line drawn on the map when Truman asked Stalin to agree to division which Stalin had no right to agree to. The revolution in Cuba has educated 1000's of revolutionary proletarian internationalist doctors, engineers and construction workers who travel the earth bring hope and help with a hand of solidarity to millions. Your Republican revolutionary party joined the slaveholders in crushing the revolutionary governments of the south after the civil war. Then your government lead by the Republican McKinney became another Imperialist Power after taking Spain's colonies of Puerto Rico, Cuba, The Philippines and Guam.
