  2. Sugar is cheap so maybe she couldn't afford a healthy diet? Maybe she got depressed? Where can she turn for help? Now if she had money she could hire the Best Doctors, go to the gym, buy nice cloths and live in luxury. How could she do this? By being a thief like her landlord, these companies and investors. They all have a licenses to steal.

  3. Why? Because the landlord can afford to become a rent collector. Why do we need landlords? I know someone renting the other side of a home isn't getting rich but so what? What about people who own 64 unit apartment buildings and how about those who own multiply 64 unit buildings? Ever been to New York City? Even in CT the richest state in the union a landlord can try and rent a mold infested trailer. If a landlord can't meet a base requirement of a safe for human habitation building or apartment then they should fix it. If they refuse or don't fix it in a reasonable time then you should get help moving or be able to place your rent in escrow and they should be prohibited from renting that unit until the problems are repaired. The biggest problem I've had with landlords is refusing to fix or a bad heating system. I know what to look for and if I get the inkling that there's something wrong to begin with or they don't like to repair things I will just flat out refuse to rent. I lived in an apartment where the landlord gave me a verbal promise that should anything break she would fix it. Well the fridge stopped working 6 months later. I called and she said she was too busy getting ready for vacation. Should I allow my food to spoil while waiting for her to come back from vacation? I bought a new fridge and she paid for it.
