  1. This has nothing to do with incompetence but the actions of the federal government of both Congress that wrote the law and the DEA Executive branch enforcing the law. It also raises the question of why the courts have not ruled this to be unconstitutional. Since it is clearly the taking of property without due process of law.

  3.  @andrewgarcia3136  The problem is the cops didn't violate the law or even misinterpret the law. They in fact operated under supervision of a DEA agent and federal law.

  4.  @vonkruel  These cops are enabled by the highest level of government Congress which writes the laws that DEA uses.
