@TijuanaK Pregnancy is always a risk to the mothers health even more so for the very young and older women. The already born real living person is the one with the right to make her health decisions not the Priest, the Politician or the lawyer.

@rajeshroshan2877 The living women has a right to life a fetus may or may not be viable. That's why is not considered a person in law. You don't become a person until you are born and a birth certificate is issued.

@pamm2652 Well if a Doctor can make the decision why do they need to write a law then? Obviously the Doctor can't make the decision otherwise they wouldn't need to write a special law. Do the write special laws for amputations and other medical procedures like when to remove a cancer tumor? .

@jane8773 And when a women is denied a legal and safe abortion because "she was irresponsible" you want to teach her responsibility by forcing her to give birth or seek an illegal abortion.
