@lemokolyon NATO is an Imperialist allaince of capitalist powers set up to defeat and contain the spread of Communism in Europe and worldwide. Its is a military allaince of capitalist ruling classes diametrically opposed to the interests of the people of those nations who are dominated by Imperialist foreign investors and the workers in the Imperialist nations themselves. Russian capitalist oligarchs were excluded from Bushes "New World Disorder". They along with the Imperialism with Chinese characteristics Party seek a place under the old sun of the British and now crumbling American Empire. The internationalism of th EU and NATO is nothing more than the internationalism of capitalist austerity, militarism and exploitation in Social Democratic clothing.

@gaoxiaen1 The original purpose of the NATO Imperialist alliance was preparation for a war to roll back communism and make Washington the Supreme Imperialist world power. The American Imperialist thought the won the cold war when Eastern European and Soviet politicians facing popular revolutions collaborated with them to return capitalism to the East. Now the workers of the world are realizing that capitalism organized along Imperialist and national lines can not solve the crisis of overproduction in world trade.

@Joker-no1uh The Chinese drove out the western Imperialist and set up the Peoples Republic. The Imperialists are weaker and more divided than any time in history. Capitalism is coming to an end as people across the world protest the conditions capitalism imposes on them. Cuba shows what a state where the workers and farmers hold state power can accomplish. Education and healthcare in a small but poor country that rival Europe and the United States.

@Joker-no1uh Cuba failed how so? It still has a Communist Petty and Socialist government. No private banks or private industry. Why don't the Imperialist end their 60 year blockade if they think socialism is a failure? All the Imperialist do is try and strangle other countries to get their way. The world votes against the US blockade. China's problems are connected to capitalism like private banking and construction. CCP had to denounce Jack Ma and 996 which it had pretended to be a tenement of socialism. Capitalism fails for the simple reason that it becomes nothing but a system of exploitation where a return on investment is demanded. If capital could produce than a perpetual motion machine would be possible. Instead it becomes to big too fail which is must happen as machines replace labor then the return on investment must naturally decline. The capitalist own books for tell the failure of the system. Capitalism makes education and healthcare into committees sold as overhead expenses. Because slavery got in the way of human advancement capitalism destroyed the slave market This is why the proletariat must destroy the education, healthcare and capital markets. .

@Joker-no1uh The only thing failed in Cuba is the US Policy of blockade. The US became an Imperialist nation when it took Spain's last colonies. It maintains its Empire for Bankers and Bosses with 800 foreign Military bases. Imperialism is the highest stage of capitalism and the US is the worlds last and biggest Imperialist Empire. It spent 2.3 trillion on a war in Afghanistan walked away with nothing but the best politicians money could buy who took the money and ran. Instead of Bushes "New World Order" where the rule of law replaces the rule of the Jingle you have a "New World Disorder" as capitalist production and trade has remained stagnant since 2008 new reaching those levels since.

@Joker-no1uh Sure the collaborators with Imperialism want US troops to protect them since they can't get their own people to do it. The US maintains bases in Cuba despite 60 years of the Cuban Revolution demanding they leave. US troops are in bases in Italy, Germany. Korea and Japan since 1945. Like the British Empire they don't leave unless kicked out like in the Soviet Union, China, N Korea, Afghanastan and Vietnam.

Just Like NATO which has been facing protests in Europe. NATO is merely an alliance of Imperialist thieves against the rest of the world. @Joker-no1uh That is why Trump wanted Europe to pay more and also why the US withdrew in defeat in Afghanistan. Imperialism is expensive but the cost is placed on government not the private investors. It was also one of the reasons for ending Vietnam. War has both an economic and political cost. Capitalism develops the world unevenly and in nation states with the nation state the capitalist fight with the workers and farmers and settle disputes among themselves with a national state to arbitrate disputes. Outside in the world market they can't help but break up into competing trade blocks that must fight wars to settle world trade disputes. The collapse of the Stalinist bureaucracy did not indicate a victory for world capitalism because they were unable to integrate Russia and China into a world market of a peaceful capitalist coexistence. Instead they just gave themselves more competition for profits. So as Trotsky once said you may not want war but war wants you.

@3600soulbro Revolutionary Cuba has never had a Stalinist counterrevolution or forced collectivization or restrictions on libraries or books one could read. The American Imperialists are already beginning to turn towards secret police methods to control information. Censorship of social media and the former President are just the beginning. The NATO Imperialist just finished a 20 year war of destruction in Afghanistan. Putin and his neo capitalist oligarchs want Ukraine. The capitalist ruling class are much to greedy not to go to war over world trade like the did twice in the 29th Century. That 70 years of peace in Europe included UK military occupation of Northern Ireland, workers rebellions in East Germany, Hungary and Czechoslovakia and the Yugoslavian war. Regardless of who blew up Nord stream one and two the American Imperialist are elated about it. You may not want war but war wants you.
