@seapeajones One Billionaire going to bed with out his extra portions compared to millions who go hungry because capitalism is organized for profits not the general advancement of humanity. Resource would be better spent here on Earth than going to another planet to start over.

@edsherwook5196 Tesla sells auto's it does not sell them at a lower cost than conventional fueled ones so he is only taking market away from another manufacture. Space X is questionable as a waste of resources. About 70 % of the earth's surface is water so internet service where their is little to no human activity seems to be a waste of resources money which would be better spent building out land based wired and wireless communications. That's not even taking up the issue of national sovereignty above other nations land. These satellites are projected to last 5 years do you want them falling in your backyard should his company go bankrupt? These actions were all taken with no real public discussion about them.
