"Its almost as if capitalism doesn't work." A discovery that Karl Marx predicted long ago. Not only does capitalism create a crisis of its own making it also crates its own grave diggers.

@VarenvelDarakus We need to rebuild the unions and create an independent labor party based upon the unions.

@grmpEqweer The capitalist have always been profit hungry. Profit maximization leads the creation of giant industries. But just as reduction of labor time need to produce drives profits their way the increase in fixed capital value vs labor needed to produce results in a declining rate of profit by which all capital measures success.

This is the way capitalism works. It a system that only serves the interests of a tiny minority of billionaire bosses.

@JohnT.4321 Capitalism can not be fixed t must be overthrown. Production for profit must be replaced with production for human needs. Abolish private property the property used to exploit others.

From the point of the class that exploits us the capitalist class of good for nothing billionaire bosses. The same ones who spent 2.3 trillion destroying Afghanistan.

Of course all of the elite at the Universites love their neighbors at the school of business and economics. This is the philosophy of neoliberalism and Milton Freedman. Copied by Bill Clinton and sold to Gorbachev and Putin. . .

Wall street couldn't be happier. This is just the natural way that capitalism works. As far as the bosses are concerned their only concern is losing market share to China.

@foxymetroid All that the working people have achieved has been a product of the ongoing class struggle. The reason you don't live in a socialist world today is the failures of the Social Democratic and Stalinist leaderships when revolutionary situations have developed in both the advanced capitalist countries and the colonial world.
