  1. @Lind Morn Bosses use to get strike breaking injunctions from the state courts. Once workers began ignoring them FDR passed the NLRA. Then the bosses began running to the Feds.

  2. They don't like to decided cases that set a precedent for law breaking. I doubt that the want bosses running to the courts for relief after every strike. That's the whole reason they set up the NLRB in the first place. They may kick it back to the state court since that seems to be the Courts thinking in cases not directly involving a federal question. This is a case that will be tried in the press a lot depends on how well the bosses can play the victim and how well the workers can get out their story as to why the took the actions they did. The bosses always have the advantage in the courtroom which is why stikes take place in the first place. If we could get justice from a capitalist court we wouldn't need to strike in the first place. .
