  2. The court merely ruled their is no constitutional right to an abortion its didn't say you can have one or decide to strike down the 1906 Food and Drug Act.

  3.  @mikew764  That was the past court ruling since it never actually ruled on the right to have one but instead created a complex ruling involving Doctors rights and viability. By kicking the abortion issue out of the court it put women's, family's and children's rights back in the framework of the class struggle.
