The best defense against an invasion is a workers state militia based in the Trade Union locals that can also respond to natural disasters. A small federal army no bigger than the largest state militia is all that is needed in times of peace along with a full time coast guard. All nuclear arms held by all countries should be scrapped.

  8. Anyone starving in Cuba since 1959? I guess not otherwise the US Empire would have overturned the revolution it hates years ago. "It steals from those who have until nobody has anything." You can be convicted of conspiracy with no one even being convicted of the underlying charge. So what was the underlying crime that came about due to the conspiracy? I am sure people like Alex Jones can help you with that. Obstruction of Justice is also a vage charge. You bought something from a pawn store. You get home and it stop working so you throw it away. Turns out it was stolen and your throwing it away obstructs the ability of the police to prosecute the original crime. You might want to check out the new book "Three Felonies a Day." That is one lawyers estimate of the number of crimes the average American commits in a day.

Where it is decided who to investigate for a crime when no crime has been committed first. It turns justice on its head making the victim prove he is not guilty rather then the police being required to start with a crime that has been committed or is about to be committed and then making an arrest. The whole idea is to look for associates and then see if they can be charged and then squeezed for information that can be used against the target. That was the way the 1950's Red Scare worked. You weren't allowed to take the 5th Amendment during Congressional hearings. They key question was are you now or have you ever been a member of the Communist Party. Say yes and go away for 5 years after a Smith (Gag) Act trial. Say no and you were then asked about who you knew in the Communist Party (The FBI had pictures and stool pigeons) why did you sign a petition for communist causes, why were seen reading a communist book that you checked out from the library and what were doing joining a communist controlled union. They only way to escape was to accuse others who would then be brought in for another round of questions. That's why it was called a witch hunt. If Trump has violated tax law then the IRS already has his return so he has no need to disclose it. Do you put you tax return up for public review? He is not required by law to release his tax return so if he didn't well you didn't have to vote for him either.

  46. Socialism/communism is the march of the working class to state power. No one owns the refinery the workers at the refinery control the refinery. The refinery participates in the overall plan. The first step is organizing a union and the union taking control of safety with a safety committee to shut down any unsafe operations. If you had control would you allow pollution, unsafe conditions and shut downs to raise market prices? Would you be working overtime , doubles and short weeks while others had no work at all? Would you not want to learn how the whole refinery works and not just your single job? How about the economics of the refinery would you want to learn about the costs and where the money trail goes? If the refinery shuts down for a time period you get to go to school and learn or study something. Instead of hay were are closing now so here's your pink slip , your on your own now or we will call you again when we need you again.
