Every Latin American country was invaded or had their elected government replaced by a Military dictatorship in the 20th century by the United States. "That's crony capitalism not real capitalism with the free market and the 'non aggression principle." says the libertarian. Crony capitalism is real capitalism.

The best defense against an invasion is a workers state militia based in the Trade Union locals that can also respond to natural disasters. A small federal army no bigger than the largest state militia is all that is needed in times of peace along with a full time coast guard. All nuclear arms held by all countries should be scrapped.

Anyone starving in Cuba since 1959? I guess not otherwise the US Empire would have overturned the revolution it hates years ago. "It steals from those who have until nobody has anything." Sounds like the WalMart or Amazon business plan. Never pay a penny more for labor that you don't absolutely need to and take the business of any competitor you might have and make it your own.

@terminsane If that was true the bosses would just raise prices so they could charge you $100 for a hamburger today instead of tomorrow. Why should the rich have all their private property to begin with?

What they want is people who can be bossed around by a ruling class of educated idiots trained at the Poison Ivy league Universities. You want a reversal of almost suffrage suffrage back to one where only big property owners count just as you propose. We are bad for not following in lockstep behind Her Majesty Hillary Clinton the First. An example of a figurehead type of democracy.

@harshitmadan6449 Private Property is social construct. A middle class does not prove there is no ruling class in fact it proves just the opposite. When the bourgeois defeated the Feudal Kings and Lords the made new revolutionary laws to promote themselves. Some inherit their property without making any contribution whatsoever. Did Steve Jobs "contribute the "IPhone" or is it essence just a computer connected to a dial up modem over a mobile phone miniaturized? You can watch inventors plead with capital on Shark Tank. The invention itself is unimportant what the return on investment and how serious a promoter the inventor is.

@harshitmadan6449 Outside of sports figures hard physical work never produces capitalist riches. What does is master business manipulations. Bill Gates started with a million dollar trust fund. He is a well known for his monopolistic methods to crush all competition. Steve Jobs sold blue boxes to defraud the telephone company of toll calls. Joe Kennedy Sr. was an inside trader. John D. Rockefeller was a master at multiple pricing, secret rebate transportation schemes and set up the first trust/holding company.

Socialism/communism is the march of the working class to state power. No one owns the refinery the workers at the refinery control the refinery. The refinery participates in the overall plan. The first step is organizing a union and the union taking control of safety with a safety committee to shut down any unsafe operations. If you had control would you allow pollution, unsafe conditions and shut downs to raise market prices? Would you be working overtime , doubles and short weeks while others had no work at all? Would you not want to learn how the whole refinery works and not just your single job? How about the economics of the refinery would you want to learn about the costs and where the money trail goes? If the refinery shuts down for a time period you get to go to school and learn or study something. Instead of hay were are closing now so here's your pink slip , your on your own now or we will call you again when we need you again.
