@jameseverett9037 Limited liability corp. Means your ability to hold the actual owners responsibility is limited. Small business buy business or contractors insurance. The McDonald's hot coffee case is the one people like yourself argue as excessive. McDonalds could have settled for a cheap 'Happy Meal" price but instead wanted to pay its low wages price. After all McDonalds is run by poor lemonade stand capitalists. Large corporations self insure if your to stupid to buy insurance or accept that your self insured what can I say? Happy meal taste bad?

@jameseverett9037 Do you run a venture capital firm, a GM, GE, or Union Pacific Railroad? My guess is the local corner boy knows more about business than someone who wishes he could be his own employee. If you really want no work no brain capitalism you buy government guaranteed bonds. Everyone who knows anything keep some of their capital portfolio in the safety of government bonds. Even the Chinese buy US Treasury bills. Hedge funds are also good since they promise to make you money no matter which way the market goes. Otherwise you could be wiped out in the next recessions. Or you make money giving advice on investment. You don't fool around with something like a Pizza parlor or an auto repair shop. Real capitalists never look back. They don't go around crying about how they wish they were a worker and how no one understands them.

I can tell just by your complaint that most likely you haven't reached the point where you are disconnected from you workers. You probably still know the names of most if not all of you workers. Now maybe you business becomes big over your lifetime like Ocean State Job Lot or maybe you go broke because of the coronavirus. The people in the middle are always confused because there is no third ideological position in capitalist society. You find yourself being constantly buffeted back and forth in and out from one class position to the other.

South Korea had a series of dictatorships and six republics before sending it's last president to prison for capitalist corruption. South Vietnam's military dictatorship fought for democracy just like the English Queen of Canada guarantees democracy in Canada. In Cuba they are building a society based on human solidarity not like India where the New Viceroys are all Indian. The reason that Cuba out does India in all most all stats is because they had a socialist revolution unlike India where the British left after the end of WW2 because of colonial nationalism. @johnnybrave7443 The US wages a criminal blockade of Cuba which India votes against. Still without medical equipment Cuba ranks just a year behind the US in life expectancy. India is more like North Korea in many ways. The US blockades them also. What's India's excuse? India is still behind China. Caloric intake is going down in India and people don't have access to electricity. You don't see children begging people dressed in western clothing for food in Cuba like India.

No profits can be made off the poor so their healthcare is to expensive for the profit driven insurance company healthcare in the US. They die quicker because they are left out of the profit driven insurance company healthcare and are rejected by private hospitals for lack of insurance.

The US/UK had no problem with Stalin as long as he was doing what the US/UK wanted and he defeated Hitler for them.
