  1. Going out and leading a gang of murderous criminals attacking an innocent family and murdering a child in their home and then claiming a line in the sand was the reason? You have no right to even call yourself a human being if you think that is just a little bit overboard. It is a criminal action for which the severest punishment should be considered. I'm sure if a gang did something like that to you and gave some phony political excuse you would be righteously screaming bloody murder.

  2. Evidence was presented and the jury didn't buy it. Considering juries convict in 95% of the time I'd say either he's the luckiest guy on earth or the Jury refused to buy a frame job. The women's family reject their daughter's death being used by Trump for his anti immigrant campaign. I've lived and worked with people of different colors so I'm not a scared middle class racist who waters the lawn on the weekend and needs constant police protection. I don't need to research and earn a degree in racial studies to know what its about. I've seen it up close and its ugly.

  3. She had no right to enforce immigration laws either. That is clearly a constitutional responsibility of the federal government not people pretending to be immigration officers. She and her gang cold bloody murdered a child of 9 years old who begged for her life. Only a disgusting racist can go beyond providing her a legal council for trial.

  6. Were the cops including the FBI in on it too? What's her grand theory that makes her innocent. Didn't a co-defendant role over on her? Did the DNA left in the blood at the scene match at least one defendant? How about the eyewitness that was left alive. You realize that even robbing drug dealers is a crime? Was she planning on multiple shootouts? Who's the FBI informer? What about that guy with the big sign who let her stay in his RV he seems to know more than he's telling. You let someone use you RV but don't know anything about them? I just drank an ice tea? That sounds like BS to me.

  7. Racism has taken a beating in the US. It not like it all gone but the days when A US president had his Klansmen supporters riding horseback at his inauguration are gone. The law and juries will put white man in jail for murdering a black person. For a large number of caucasians racial discrimination is not acceptable. A California jury refused to convict a Mexican immigrant of murder despite Trump using him as an excuse and an example to attack immigrants during his election campaign.

  8. She is sitting on death row so you can't really be punished more than being killed once except for Oliver Cromwell who was dug up from the grave and hung by the English restored monarchy. The King wanted to make an example of what happens to republicans after death.

  9. Should she of had a speedy trial? Most defendants want to delay a trial in the hopes of getting or finding a mistake that can be exploited at trial. Did she ask for a speedy trial? Apparently not. Would the outcome have been different? I doubt it because how do you explain the evidence and testimony?

  15. Economics isn't a fixed pie to be divided up. Twenty percent of US manufacturing capacity is going unused because the bosses can't keep up monopoly prices and hold down labor costs without unemployment. The problem isn't immigrants coming here from Mexico or Companies moving work to Mexico for lower labor costs. It's the capitalist system itself. The Mexican workers need our solidarity so they can raise their wages especially when the strike against US companies. Immigrant workers no matter how they got here need equal rights not deportation.

  16. Martin I read those articles so why couldn't this women be punished for simple or felonious assault? I suppose if she was the child's mother she could clam parental rights to beat a child. I would not agree to that though either. Plenty of hate usually involved in assault or murder except when its claimed to be domestic violence. Dirty Sanchez wants an exception for aliens basically he is either a cop or cop lover who wants a military dictatorship where the cops can do no wrong as a matter of law.
